NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader, LLC (222 La Salle Street, Suite 400, Chicago, IL 60601, USA). Kaizen Daytrading is an independent third-party software developer. Kaizen Daytrading is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to NinjaTrader, LLC.

Our use of the NinjaTrader name

We reference the NinjaTrader name and the "NinjaTrader 8" platform designation solely to describe technical compatibility — i.e., to inform customers which third-party charting and trading software our indicators are designed to work with. This is nominative fair use under US trademark law.

We do not use the NinjaTrader name in our own company name, domain name, logo, or marketing in any way that could suggest sponsorship or endorsement. We do not display any NinjaTrader logos, wordmarks, or other proprietary visual assets.

Our own brand

Kaizen Daytrading is the trading name of KISSMA LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, USA. Our products ("Kaizen Footprint", "Kaizen VWAP", "Kaizen CVD", etc.) are independently developed software tools that run inside the NinjaTrader 8 platform.
