Questions
What happens if I cancel? +
Your plan simply does not renew. All tools keep working until the end of the year you paid for; after that the indicators ask for a valid license.
How do I cancel? +
Online, at any time: open account.kaizen-daytrading.com/portal/cancel.php, enter the email address you bought with and your license key, and confirm. Your plan stops at the end of the paid period, all tools keep working until then, and you get a confirmation by email right away. You can also cancel in the customer portal or by email to support@kaizen-daytrading.com.
Does it renew automatically? +
Yes. The plan runs for 12 months and renews automatically for another year on your renewal date, charged to the card you used. We remind you by email 30 days before every renewal, and you can cancel online at any time; your plan then ends at the end of the paid year. If a renewal payment fails, your tools keep running for 7 days while the payment is retried.
Can I switch to the lifetime license later? +
Yes. Contact us and we will move your key to a lifetime license — your settings and devices stay as they are.
Is there a money-back guarantee? +
Yes, 7 days from your first payment. Email us and you get a full refund.
On how many computers can I use the tools? +
Each license can be activated on up to 2 computers. The indicators confirm the license online when NinjaTrader starts and every 24 hours after that; if the license server cannot be reached, they keep working for up to 7 days after the last successful check. To move a license to a new computer, contact support. These rules apply to lifetime licenses and the annual plan alike.
